Kimberley Policy

What is the Kimberley Process?

The Kimberley Process (KP) unites administrations, civil societies, and industry in reducing the flow of conflict diamonds - "rough diamonds used to finance wars against governments" - around the world. The process unites 81 countries around the world and observers include the World Diamond Council to represent the industry. The process is underpinned by the United Nations mandate and is backed by many leading organizations. The Kimberley Process is a commitment to remove conflict diamonds from the global supply chain. Today, participants actively prevent 99.8% of the global production of conflict diamonds.

Our commitment

We are fully committed to the Kimberley Process and only work with known suppliers, be they large or small, including some of the most important diamond cutters in the world. All sellers on our network are required to be fully Kimberley compliant.
